Answers to Common Questions

When and where do you meet on Sundays?

Our Sunday Gatherings take place Sunday mornings at 8:30, 9:45, 11:15 at 761 S. Little Creek Rd, Dover DE  19901. The parking lot and entrance are in the back, just off of Babb Drive, across the road from the Safeway parking lot.

What can I expect when I visit for the first time?

When you walk through the door, there is a Welcome Center on the left, where you can get information and/or register your children and students for NEW CITY KIDS. A member of our Hospitality Team can guide you or answer questions along the way.

Whether you prefer more formal or informal attire, you are encouraged to come as you are! Members and attenders of NCC tend to dress comfortable and casual.

How do I register my children for New City Kids Sunday morning classes?

NC Kids programming is available for 5th grade and under at our 9:45 and 11:15 services.

If this is your first time with us, come to the Welcome Center, and we will help get your child (children) registered to attend our Little Kids (Birth-K) and/or Big Kids (1st – 3rd grade) classes. Registration will include info like allergies, and cell phone number, in case we need to contact you during the service. Click Here to access more specific FAQs about New City Kids. Your child will be safely cared for by trained, friendly volunteers who have been screened and background checked.

At NCC all children stay with their parents/caregiver for the singing portion of the service. Members of our hospitality team will help direct you to the classrooms during a short break in the service.

Children in grades 4 and above will stay in the service with their parents/caregivers. Sermon Helper materials are offered to help them engage with the teaching time.
